1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tajim BD website and mobile experience (the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a seller on Tajim BD, you agree to these terms.
2. The Marketplace Model
Tajim BD is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the Platform are sold by independent merchants ("Sellers") as well as, in some cases, Tajim BD directly. Tajim BD facilitates the listing, ordering, and payment-verification process, but each Seller is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, the quality of their products, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be paid via Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. For manual payment methods, your order is confirmed once our team verifies the payment details you submit. Please double-check the transaction ID and sender number before submitting, as incorrect details can delay verification.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order yourself from your Order Details page as long as no item in the order has been shipped yet. If a payment was already submitted for a cancelled order, please contact our support team to arrange your refund.
6. Returns
Once an item is marked as delivered, you may submit a return request from your Order Details page describing the reason. Our team reviews each request and will approve or reject it; approved returns are refunded per our Refund Policy.
7. Selling on Tajim BD
Sellers must provide accurate product information and pricing, keep stock levels up to date, and fulfil orders promptly. Tajim BD charges a commission on each sale as agreed with the Seller. Tajim BD reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove a Seller or a product listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to list counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods, to submit fraudulent payment information, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tajim BD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.
