1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or register as a seller, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order history. If you submit a manual payment, we also collect the transaction ID and sender number you provide, and an optional payment screenshot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, verify payments, communicate order updates (including by SMS or push notification if enabled), respond to support requests, and improve the Platform. Sellers can see order details relevant to fulfilling your order but do not receive your full payment details.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart and language preference. If you enable push notifications, your browser stores a subscription token used only to deliver order updates to you.

4. Sharing of Information

We share the minimum information necessary with the Seller(s) fulfilling your order (your name, delivery address, and phone number) and, where applicable, with delivery partners. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account from your Profile page.

6. Your Choices

You can review and update your account details from your Profile page at any time, and can disable push and SMS notifications from your account or by contacting support.
